The highest authority of ITS China is the Member Representative Assembly. The Council is the executive body of the Member Representative Assembly and, when the Assembly is not in session, leads the association in its daily work, reporting to the Member Representative Assembly. The Council establishes a Standing Council, which is responsible to the Council when the Council is not in session.
The Secretariat is the association's daily administrative body, consisting of the General Administration Department, Science and Technology Service Department, Business Development Department, Consulting and Research Department, and Publicity and Planning Department.
General Administration Department is responsible for daily administrative affairs, financial management, human resources management, and member management.
Business Development Department is responsible for organizing, operating, and coordinating activities; regularly organizing industry exchange events and relevant collaborations; overseeing the association's publicity efforts, coordinating the publication of the association's journal, liaising with industry media, managing content distribution, and handling related matters.
Science and Technology Service Department is responsible for the implementation of the China Intelligent Transportation Association Science and Technology Award, providing support for award solicitation, review, announcement, and presentation; organizing industry science and technology achievement evaluation, indicator assessment, scientific papers, and related work.
Consulting and Research Department is responsible for providing consulting services to relevant government departments, the industry, and society; overseeing the development of association group standards; and collecting, organizing, and analyzing domestic and international intelligent transportation data and information, as well as managing the internal and external use of statistical data.
Publicity and Planning Department is responsible for establishing and implementing the association's overall external publicity framework, comprehensively communicating the association's core values, operational updates, and industry influence; overseeing the overall planning, coordination, and execution of the association's core activities; and managing the association's brand-related work.
